“The Finca Adelma Grand Reserva Malbec is made from grapes from the Tupungato Valley from where Finca Adelma is nestled with a cultivated area of 50 Hs, the type of driving is high trellis, pruning system pitoneado double cordon, its climate is ideal for growing this variety because it has a wide temperature range which favors the synthesis (formation) of polyphenols (anthocyanins and tannins) responsible for the structure of the wine, stony and sandy loam soils, rainfall not exceeding 250 mm a year, is undoubtedly one of the best wine regions of the world and especially the Malbec variety, current seal of Argentine wine in the world. ”
Angel Gabriel Braconi has an Enology degree from the Faculty of Enology and Industry Frutihortícola Don Bosco of the Province of Mendoza, its main activity is the wine and its mission is to make high quality wines and commitment to ensure quality.
